FOR the room: VAT, daily cleaning, bed and bath towels change linen every day and linen once a week for stays of more than 7 nights, heating, air conditioning, TV color, telephone room, swimming pool, fitness area car park. IN HIGH SEASON BREAKFAST AT THE BAR.

FOR the apartments: VAT, use kitchen for stays of at least a week, bed & bath, laundry cleaning once a week (excluded kitchenette) with Exchange towels, heating, consumption water and light, air conditioning, TV color, telephone in the room, equipment from kitchen, pool, fitness, parking, final cleaning. For stays exceeding week linen change every 6 days.

PAYMENT TERMS:
CAPARRA 30 % to the reservation (within 7 days of confirmation or 24 hours for reservations in the short term) via money order, wire transfer or credit and balance to the CHECK-IN card
CANCELLATION POLICE:
Tris Hotel has the right to impose liquidated damages in the event of a cancellation request when carried beyond the limit of 15 days from check-in. First night charge in case of short stays retention of the deposit for weekly stays it's not possible to cancel your reservation if you are chosen book mode "PREPAID ( full prepayment of stay ). In this case, tha ammount paid can' be re-used to stayng at a later date to equal'list
